Towards an awareness of consum’actors?
In France, often, the purchase of a garment responds more to a desire than a need. However, this act of consumption has direct consequences for the environment. While transport and food are sectors in which the carbon footprint is now carefully scrutinized by consumers, the issue of clothing is still too disconnected from this reality. However, the Ademe has been working for several months in favor of an awareness of citizens, who are gradually mutating into actors. Thus the opening of the 2019 balances is the perfect opportunity to hear an offensive speech, to change the relationship to the consumption of clothing.
